Policy and Guidlines

Valid ID is required for all guests at the time of entry. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests must arrive at the selected time slot; late arrivals may result in rebooking or entry denial depending on availability. Access to the 124th Floor is time-slot based; please follow staff instructions for crowd management and safety. Large bags, strollers, and certain personal items may be subject to security checks and restrictions. Food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside Burj Khalifa or the Aquarium. Peak hours may have waiting times for elevators and attraction entry. DAUZ reserves the right to change or close exhibits for maintenance without prior notice. Pregnant women and guests with certain medical conditions are advised to check suitability before entering specific zones. This ticket is valid for both attractions on the same day unless otherwise stated. The operator reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who violates safety, security, or conduct guidelines.
