Policy and Guidlines

A child should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering waters.
No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services, nor if guests are prohibited from entering due to improper attire for the waterpark.
No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aquaventure.
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
Some zones may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
Sharing transfers can be arranged from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
There is an additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
The timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
